在制劑仿制開發的要素中，國內制劑企業的瓶頸是藥用輔料的受限，在已正式頒布實施的2020年版《中國藥典》四部中，輔料收載品種由2005年的76個增加到了目前的335個，收載品種數量增加了5倍。而制劑的應用才是藥用輔料的終極目的，輔料性能的提升也極大有利于制劑質量的保障。近年來，國內涌現出一批技術含量高、規模效益好的優質輔料生產企業，輔料聯盟近期會約請這些企業，為大家介紹一下它們與制劑研發相關的一些成果，本周六（2021.12.11）上午九點鐘輔料聯盟邀請的企業是安徽山河藥輔和西安德立生物，請他們分別講一下微晶纖維素和倍他環糊精及其衍生物等輔料的性能、參數對比，望大家屆時收看
Among the elements of preparation generic development, the bottleneck of domestic preparation enterprises is the limitation of excipients.
